First week at Atos San Diego
Intense. Is one word to describe training at Atos. An average day consists of getting up eating and preparing things for the intensive day ahead.
The camp schedule starts at 10am till 12 for drilling and light sparing.
12-2pm is Comp training
4-6pm Conditioning Class
6-8pm Positions and sparing

This last week I tapered off my training a bit as I was competing in the Abu Dhabi World Pro Trails San Diego.
My friends Kit Dale and Chris Visentin continued to train very hard. My hard training back home with my team and coach, followed by the hard week of training here along with some expert advice and coaching helped me win GOLD at the comp. I was very happy that I won my division!

After my matches, I was happy to finish the comp myself so that I could watch the amazing fights that were soon to go down! Many of the Atos guys won their divisions and it was very exciting to watch, but it was the black belt matches were amazing to watch live and the vibe at the venue was really cool.
Now its back to training and drilling harder than ever!! There are only 18days left till PAN AMS !!
I want to say thank you to SUB Apparel for sponsoring this trip to train and compete on this trip and for the year! Without my SPONSORS, traveling and competing worldwide would not be possible for me. THANK YOU SUB APPAREL !!!
Also thank you to NAKAMA BRAND and HOTBOX Yoga for looking after me on this trip!!
TRAIN HARDER !
